INDUSTRIAL DESIGN AND CODESIGN
In the design phase of a new product, our team (composed by designers and engineers) works alongside the customer, supporting him in the development of the idea until the realization of the prototype. Through collection, analysis and synthesis of data, our designers can realize any model manually or with computers.

ANALYSIS MOULDFLOW
Thanks to this analysis application we are able to simulate and optimize the design of plastic parts and moulds before the start of production. This allows to reduce the costs for the construction of prototypes and also to place rapidly on the market more innovative products, with greater reliability assurance.

STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS
These kind of analysis are performed in order to determine the distribution of the internal forces and movements or tensions, deformations and displacements, the resistance degree of the structure of the finished product. In this way, during the design phase, all the problems related to the engineering are solved.

CHOICE OF MATERIALS
The use of sophisticated plastics and the automation of production processes allow us to create objects with excellent technical and functional features, which perfectly satisfy international standards. We produce both pieces in traditional plastic material
